CANCELLATION and REFUNDS POLICY : INTENTIONAL* with EDG Services by SIPL

INTENTIONAL* with EDG by SIPL believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy for reasonable circumstances. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the production team/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of internal consultations given ours is an entirely Intellectual Services suite.
- We do not accept cancellation/refund requests for one-time services as well as any contract services where we have already given you a Bare-it-All and BluePrint consultation which includes a major portion of our intellect effort and strategic planning work-product shared with you. Hence, a specific number of days limit does not apply – as soon as the first 2 sessions are delivered you become ineligible for seeking refunds. We will ask you multiple times during first 2 calls that only if you are certain of these terms we will proceed with the contract.
- In case you feel that the consultation received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice during the above mentioned two consultations after which you are agreeing to be bound by the full term of the contract.
- We offer 3, 12 and 24 months contract and start with 3 month contract. If you choose 12 or 24 months, you are then required to honor the full term of the contract. If you upgrade to a term higher than 3 months on your own accord you are liable to maintain the contract for full term. Should you upgrade to a term higher than 3 months without consultation with us, we may not be able to fulfil your expectations as we strongly recommend mutual alignment period of 3 months is honored before a longer term contract. Any extra resources, complications or dispute arising from an upgrade without our recommendation is solely a risk you are taking on your own responsibility with no liability or indemnity resting with INTENTIONAL.
- Should we need to buy any other products or services for your project, and you cancel, you will be liable for paying for those services and any cancellations or other expenses we may incur because of third-party purchases done for your project.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the INTENTIONAL, it will take 16 – 90 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer, subject to our and your bank processing times, which is out of our control and will depending on the sending and receiving banking services.
